LOOKING FOR A HASSLE. PURCHASED TWICE. NO PHONE NUMBER OR LIVE CHAT OF ANY KIND. TOTAL HASSLE. IT EMAILED LINKS. NOT THE ACTUAL DOCUMENT. THEN WHEN I OPENED IT WAS BLANK. SMH
