Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing StubCreator.

If you are not satisfied with our service and claim for refund then please have a look at the following:

Refund is possible if:

  • Your generated paystub with our paystub generator is not delivered to you in your inbox within 24 hours
  • You have already submitted the request for correction of paystub but you were not able to get the corrected copy in 24 hours.
  • You paid twice for the same stub

Refund is not possible if:

  • You don’t like the color, look and feel of the generated paystub
  • It’s not useful for you anymore
  • If you didn’t get your generated paystub, you can contact our live support, or contact us or you can request a resend order but you won’t be provided with refund.
  • You feel calculations are incorrect
  • Details like complete change in employers name, employees name, or pay period cannot be corrected and hence non-refundable. Please note that minor corrections like spelling mistakes in employees name and employers name can be modified but the sole decision of what is to be corrected and what is not is completely the decision of our support team.
  • We have mentioned first stub free and we provide free stub considering many parameters to check your uniqueness. If you are first time user but if you are not a unique user as per our system, you won’t get a free stub and the price is non-refundable.
  • Please note that stub correction request after 48 hours of stub creation won’t be entertained and hence won’t be considered. So in this case, if you fail to contact us within 48 hours, you have to start stub creation from scratch and which is non-refundable.
  • Anything that is not included in refunds, is non-refundable
